IEEE OUCE Power and Energy Society have organized a guest lecture on “Advancements and Opportunities in Electrical Engineering ” on 23rd July ,2022 by Dr. Sukumar Mishra , who is currently working as a R&D professor in IIT Delhi.
The guest speaker was heartily welcomed by Prof. G. Mallesham (Dean, Development and UGC affairs ) and Prof.G.Yesuratnam (Head of Electrical Engineering Department).
Dr.Mishra shared his past experience with Dr. G. Mallesham who pursued his PhD. from IITD under the guidance of Dr.Mishra. He shared his past experience with Dr. G. He advised students how to articulate the Research papers and the complete format. He added that besides having a theoretical knowledge, one must have practical exposure in their respective domains.
Many students showed up for the lecture, and were really enthusiastic to interact with the sir, and have asked great questions regarding their career objectives
and about their research plans in the future.The lecture ended up with the vote of thanks ,nd Dr.Mishra was felicitated by all the faculty of EEE Dept. The students given a positive feedback and they were expecting much more sessions of this kind.
