The IEEE Robotics and Automation Society successfully conducted an Ice- breaking session for the second year on 17th October 2023 from 5:30 pm to 7:20 pm in the ECE Auditorium and around 20 members attended the session.
This session was mainly conducted to enhance the interaction between the club members and the organizers who were selected recently. The event was hosted by Jayanth and Nikhitha under the guidance of the robotics club core committee. The Event started with an introduction of each member along with the introduction of the organizers and the core committee.
Many activities were done like playing Pictionary and quizzing random questions to engage them and make the session more interactive. Everyone shared their first-year experience at Osmania University, their expectation of college vs reality, what most attracted them to this college and what are their interests and goals. We had great fun with everyone’s involvement and their enthusiastic participation.
The lateral entry students who joined recently also had a great time learning about the club. Each and everyone showed interest in the club and were keen to gain knowledge in upcoming sessions.
Finally, feedback and their expectations of the club were given which were considered and promised to better the next session and we express our gratitude to the core committee members who guided the organizers throughout in conducting the session and also to all participants who accomplished this event on a positive note.
