days, from September 26th to September 29th, featuring a series of rounds aimed at honing
candidates’ skills and assessing their readiness for the job market.
Round 1: Aptitude Test
Date: September 26, 2024
Description: The event commenced with an aptitude test, designed to evaluate participants’
problem-solving abilities, numerical proficiency, and logical reasoning skills. This round was crucial
for setting the stage for subsequent evaluations
Round 2: Group Discussion
Date: September 27, 2024
Description: The second round featured a group discussion, allowing candidates to demonstrate
their communication skills, teamwork, and critical thinking. Participants engaged in discussions on
relevant industry topics, which helped assess their ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage in
constructive dialogue.
Round 3: Technical Interview
Date: September 28, 2024
Description: Conducted online, the technical interview assessed participants’ domain knowledge
and technical skills. The interviews were taken by the alumni of our college who are currently
working in various industries. Candidates were asked to solve problems related to their respective
fields, showcasing their expertise and problem-solving capabilities to a panel of industry
professionals.
Round 4: HR Round
Date: September 29, 2024
Description: The final round was the HR interview, where candidates had the opportunity to discuss
their aspirations, strengths, and career goals. This round focused on assessing cultural fit and
interpersonal skills, crucial for potential employers
