“Fanatics is a core company which hired only CSE students from our college.
The recruitment process is done in 3 phases- online exam(1hr 30min) , technical interview (60min),HR interview (30min).

Online written Test – ( 1hr 30min)

Written test consist of 2 sections :10 mcqs,3 coding questions. It is conducted through hackerearth platform. Many mcqs questions are from networking, OS, DSA related ,few pseudo code questions.”

“Technical Interview (60min)

Interview went on for 60min on zoom and coderpad platform.
There were 4 -5 panelist and all panelist asked questions.

I was first asked to introduce myself and then moved on questions related to my projects like languages used, architecture used,why did you choose that language instead of other and etc.
Panelist had given me a coding Question on coderpad platform.
1.Question is on array. Given an array of integers numbers sorted in ascending order starting and ending position of a given Target value. If target value is not found,return in array as -1.And after writing the code they said to explain the flow of logic.
2. Number conversion without using any inbuilt functions.
3. Questions on Trees
What is a tree,what is binary tree and coding questions on nodes in binary tree.They explained me a scenario and asked me to code.
4. Asked me to code for number conversion after certain decimal digits of precision for float value without using floor,ceil,round,etc functions.

No need to code complete program. Main logic part is sufficient. And without any fear we can express our ideas. They were very friendly.

“HR interview (30min)

It was the HR discussion and it has be a casual chat it started with the HR’s introduction and then mine.
