The interview was conducted by a senior consultant from IBM India.
•First he introduced himself and then asked me to introduce myself.
•Then he asked my technical skills, certifications.
•Asked to explain my projects.
•Scenario based managerial questions were asked like will you do the project if a client shortens the deadline and reduces the budget.
•He asked how will you adapt to new technologies.
•He asked about previous experiences of working in a team.
•Asked how will you help your teammates if they get stuck in doing a task.
•He asked my strengths and weaknesses, difficulties faced by me.
•Also asked whether its ok for me to relocate to any other city and asked location preferences.
The interview duration was 30 minutes.

Yup I got It
But since it’s about interview round
My interview was only about 3 questions almost
And we didn’t have any rounds.
1) Tell me about yourself (some personal questions like about my family, friends).
2) Explain about your Project and some project related questions(like what is IoT, etc…)
3) Gave a situation: if two of my teammates are not willing to do the assigned work then what will u do?
4) Asked about some of the events which I organized.
5) Faced any difficulty while working on the project and also while working in teams (two separate questions).
That’s it…. Basically, it was just an hour round and he mostly focused
on my team skills and leadership skills…..

The recruitment process consists of 4 rounds.
Coding round :
There was only one question that had to be solved in 30 minutes.
The question was to find the number of direct paths between n points. ( This wasn’t asked directly but a long question was given which when analysed implied finding the number of direct paths)
Cognitive Ability Assessment:
This is a fun round which had 5 games.
You can know about these games through Google.
You have to observe properly and act quick .
For each game, there is a tutorial.
English language Assessment:
This round was for 10 minutes and there is no limit on number of questions. You just have to attempt maximum number of questions in given time.
There is negative marking.
The questions were simple.
Synonyms, antonyms, error correction in sentences, Fill in the blanks with appropriate words and correct spellings of some words were asked.
Interview :
Tell me about yourself.
Explain the projects/ internships you have worked on
What are your strengths and weaknesses
Why do you think you are fit for this role
Explain Oops concepts
Some basic questions from C (loops, predefined functions, typedef.)
Explain the concepts that you know from python.
I would like to suggest that even if you do not know the answer just say that you will try to learn about it.
Ask questions at the end of the interview. This will show your interest to join the company. I mostly asked questions about what kind of training would be given to new joinees and what kind of work I would be assigned if I’m selected.
