Online round(Hosted on Hackerank | Duration 90 mins)

The online round consisted of 3 coding questions. The level of difficulty was easy, medium, medium.

Problem 1 was based on the min heap based concept.

Problem 2 was based on recursion and the brute force solution was enough to get an A.C.

Problem 3 was also based on recursion and here optimization was required to get an A.C.

The cutoff for round 1 was to solve at least 2 out of 3 questions.

Communication test(Hosted on Pearson)

This round was a versant online test which was testing your Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking skills.

There were 6 Sections in this round, wherein for each question of a section, audio will be played once and we must answer it according to the section assigned. The sections were Jumbled sentences, Reading the sentences, Writing a story from the passage, Fill in the blanks, etc.

Listening skills are very important to qualify this round.

Technical Interview(Hosted on google meet for around 1 hr)

This round consists of

(i) CS fundamentals like 

DBMS(questions on Normalization, Keys, and basic SQL queries),

OOPS(questions on interfaces, abstraction, method overloading and overriding) and DSA(Linked lists, arrays, real-life usage of SLL and DLL, and complexities and approach of some sorting algorithms).

(ii) Basics of web development like questions on 

HTML(inline and block level elements,HTML 5 features and semantic elements). 

CSS & JS(Event handlers and closures).

(iii) 1 coding question :

Find the no of ways to achieve sum “A” with the help of numbers from   1 to K where each number can be repeated any number of times. The duration was 15 mins to give a pseudo-code or solution to this problem.

Technical Interview(Hosted on google meet for around 45 mins and it was the final round)

This round was purely based on your resume. You should be confident in everything you have written in your resume. Lots of questions on your projects and the tech stack that you have implemented in each project.
