The IBM Skills Build Certification Program was successfully conducted on November 7th, 2024, at the Assembly Hall of UCEOU. Organized under the guidance of the Placement Office, the event was seamlessly managed by IEEE SB OUCE, with organizers , Aila Kaushik and Srivarsha hosting the proceedings. The program catered to students from B.E. 3rd and 4th years, as well as M.E. 1st and 2nd years.
Dr. Rajgopal Naidu, Senior Engagement Associate at CSR Box, led the program, providing valuable insights into the company’s work culture, placements, and recruitment process. They emphasized the importance of acquiring industry-relevant skills and outlined key areas such as technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability that are essential for securing positions in the corporate world.
A highlight of the event was the introduction of IBM’s certification courses, which were offered exclusively to attendees without cost. These certifications aim to enhance students’ employability by equipping them with in-demand skills aligned with the latest industry trends.
Special thanks were extended to Bharati Mam and Upendar Sir from the Training and Placement Office for their guidance and support in making the event a success.The program was highly informative and interactive, leaving participants motivated and better informed about career prospects in the tech industry.
