The event commenced with the inaugural session, during which we had the honor of formally welcoming Dr.M.Lakshminarayana IEEE life senior member, faculty mentor for MTT-S and SBCS,Prof.P.Chandrasekhar, Principal, UCE(A), Prof.D. Ramakrishna Faculty advisor MTT-S and Hod of ECE Dept.Dr.A.Bharathi Faculty advisor AP-S and Associate professor of ECE.
Dr.M.Lakshminarayana provided an insightful explanation about the IEEE technical society, detailing its mission, and global reach. Sir highlighted the roles and responsibilities of the office bearers and explained how the regional divisions are organized on the world map. Futhermore, sir emphasized IEEE’S dedication to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity.
Following which the current office bearers received their badges. The newly appointed office bearers for AP-S and MTT-S are as follows:

The event concluded with a group photo and a planation drive. The plantation event was organized to promote environmental awareness and sustainability Faculty members and students actively participated in planting saplings within the campus. This initiative symbolized the commitment of IEEE OUCE towards a greener and healthier future.
