On 12th June 2025, the core committee members and organisers of IEEE SB OUCE gathered at the ECE Auditorium for an interactive meet-up conducted from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The event was organized with the objective of strengthening coordination among members, encouraging teamwork, and motivating organisers to actively contribute to future IEEE activities and initiatives.
The session began with an address by Chairperson Diwakar Reddy, who spoke about the vision and goals of IEEE SB OUCE for the academic year 2025–26. He encouraged organisers to participate actively in technical and non-technical events and to contribute innovative ideas for future programs. Vice-Chairperson Pranathi continued the session by motivating organisers to work collaboratively and make the term successful through dedication and teamwork.
Secretary Einstein E, Joint-Secretary Tejaswi K, and Webmaster Sidra Aiman introduced themselves to the gathering. Organisers from all six societies also introduced themselves through an interactive ice-breaker activity conducted by the Joint-Secretary and Vice-Chairperson. Another engaging activity focusing on team-building skills was organized to improve coordination and interaction among participants.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks from the Chairperson, followed by a group photograph and light refreshments for all attendees.
