The event commenced with the introduction of the speaker who is Mr. Krishna Pothula an alumni of mechanical engineering OUCE, 1999 graduate with 25+ years of global experience in the USA, UK, and Netherlands.

                        

The session in the main is about importance of soft skills in any career path. It Enhances workplace productivity, improves leadership & management, encourages resilence. The toolbox for success requires mainly of analytic skills, listening skills, adaptability, emotional Intelligence, time management and creativity. The different stages of learning starts with remembering, analysis, application, implementation and ends with Innovation. The statistics of skills between Netherlands and India show importance mostly to analytic, listening and creative skills.

              

To characterize today’s unpredictable and rapidly changing environment    a strategy is used called VUCA. It is an acronym that stands for

3. Complexity

4. Ambiguity

            

As tomorrow is a mystery with whatever the career paths to help navigate the unknowns Scenario planning, risk management, and iterative decision-making has to be taken.
