Organized by: TECHSONANCE in collaboration with IEEE SB OUCE (PES) Date: 21st – 22nd March,2025 Venue: Department of Electrical Engineering, UCEOU Event Overview :
PATHRABHARA was organized as a technical paper presentation event aimed at cultivating a strong
research-oriented mindset among students. The event provided a structured platform for participants to
present their ideas, research findings, and innovative concepts in a formal academic setting.
In contrast to typical competitions, PATHRABHARA focused on intellectual depth, analytical thinking,
and clarity of expression. Participants were encouraged to explore emerging technologies, propose novel
solutions, and articulate their ideas effectively.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various engineering branches,
reflecting a growing interest in research and innovation.
Objective of the Event
The event was designed with the following goals:
To encourage research-driven learning among students
To enhance technical presentation and communication skills
To promote innovation and idea development
To create a platform for academic discussion and knowledge exchange
To provide exposure to evaluation standards in research
Structure and Flow of the Event
Paper Submission and Preparation
Participants prepared research papers on topics of their choice, focusing on:
Emerging technologies
Engineering innovations
Problem-solving approaches
They were required to structure their work in a formal format, including introduction, methodology,
results, and conclusions.
Presentation Sessions
The event was conducted over multiple sessions across two days.
Execution:
Participants presented their papers using structured slides
Each presentation was time-bound
Focus was placed on clarity, technical depth, and coherence
Interactive Q&A Sessions
After each presentation, judges and audience members engaged in discussions.
Purpose:
To test participants’ understanding of their topic
To encourage critical thinking
To provide constructive feedback
This interaction was one of the most enriching aspects of the event.
Evaluation Criteria
