On June 12th, 2025 core committee members and organisers of IEEE SB OUCE gathered at ECE Auditorium for a meet-up from 5pm to 7pm.
Chairperson Diwakar Reddy kickstarted the event by addressing the gathering about the aim of IEEE SB OUCE for the year 2025-26, encouraging the organizers for an active participation and coming up with relevant ideas for future event.
Vice-Chairperson Pranathi continued the addressing by urging the organizers to contribute their parts and wished them a successful term.
The Secretary Einstein E, Joint-Secretary Tejaswi K and Webmaster Sidra Aiman introduced themselves.
Organisers from all the six societies introduced themselves to the room via an interactive game initiated by the Joint-Secretary and Vice-Chairperson, which acted as an ice-breaker session. Then the room was engaged in another activity aimed at improving team building skills.
The event was concluded with a vote of thanks from the Chairperson, where he stressed that the core committee may be the face of the student body but the organizers are the force behind it.
Finally, a group photo was taken and light refreshments were offered to the attendees.
