PATHRABHARA was organized as a technical paper presentation event aimed at cultivating a strong
research-oriented mindset among students. The event provided a structured platform for participants to
present their ideas, research findings, and innovative concepts in a formal academic setting.
In contrast to typical competitions, PATHRABHARA focused on intellectual depth, analytical thinking,
and clarity of expression. Participants were encouraged to explore emerging technologies, propose novel
solutions, and articulate their ideas effectively.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various engineering branches,
reflecting a growing interest in research and innovation.
Objective of the Event
The event was designed with the following goals:
 To encourage research-driven learning among students
 To enhance technical presentation and communication skills
 To promote innovation and idea development
 To create a platform for academic discussion and knowledge exchange
 To provide exposure to evaluation standards in research
Structure and Flow of the Event
Paper Submission and Preparation
Participants prepared research papers on topics of their choice, focusing on:
 Emerging technologies
 Engineering innovations
 Problem-solving approaches
They were required to structure their work in a formal format, including introduction, methodology,
results, and conclusions.
Presentation Sessions
The event was conducted over multiple sessions across two days.
Execution:
 Participants presented their papers using structured slides
 Each presentation was time-bound
 Focus was placed on clarity, technical depth, and coherence
Interactive Q&A Sessions
After each presentation, judges and audience members engaged in discussions.
Purpose:
